Today at ICR we were saddened to hear of the passing of Mat Bayfield.

We all feel so desperately sad for Kelly, and the family.

Mat produced some wonderful breakfast shows for ICR during his short tenure with us, and was a great musical force, touring and recording.

His single “Last Man” will be featured on many of our upcoming shows, and there will be a tribute to Mat on Monday afternoon’s Mouthpiece show, with Martin Webb, from 1pm to 4pm.

Mat may be gone, but he will not be forgotten by us all here at ICR. His legacy will remain strong, and as Mat would say grab the day, “as life is no rehearsal”
